LIMINAL — Ukrainian Design and Innovation Week Returns for Its 5th Edition in Kyiv

From September 28 to October 5, 2025, Kyiv will host the 5th edition of Ukrainian Design and Innovation Week under the theme LIMINAL — Design in the Space of Change. The festival explores design as a tool of transformation in transitional times, where creativity thrives in uncertainty and shapes new futures.

At the heart of the program is the flagship DESIGN HALL — a large-scale exhibition and design market featuring more than 130 Ukrainian brands in furniture, lighting, and décor. A rich lecture series will bring together leading Ukrainian architects, designers, and artists to share their vision and experience.

The week will also spread across the city with student workshops, brand presentations, tastings, and even a bicycle marathon through Kyiv’s landmarks, creating a vibrant dialogue between design, community, and urban culture.

Despite the ongoing war, Ukraine’s creative industries continue to evolve and inspire, proving that design is not only about aesthetics but also about resilience, identity, and change.
